  1. Hi, Is it possible to keep the OnClick event on the Draggable to be triggered including when the disable() method has been called on the Draggable element? From the Draggable documentation, the method disable() should disable the Dragging, not the whole element and its events. But it does. Using a JQuery.click on the element doesn't seem to be an option, as the click event is triggered during drag and drop, and using the mouse pointer location does fix the click on drag issue, but then the whole prevent bubble event gets messed up, and when there is a button inside the element. You can see it here. The only feasible way would be to make the OnClick event from Draggable work always, inclusive when disable() has been called. Is it possible to do so without having to change the Draggable.js library?
  2. Hello GSAPers, I need a very important help. I'd like to know the best way to make alternate transitions between Timelines. Example: I click on the Go Red button to run the red timeline, and when I click on the Go Yellow button it will reverse the current timeline and start the required timeline. Is there a way to do this only with one Timeline?
  3. I'm working on a single page design that when I click between the NAV items in a dropdown menu, it tweens all the headers to a new name that are lists. I'm having an issue with Tweens on a click. The codepen has the current example. 1. If you click "clients", it Tweens the top header down and clients appears 2. If you click "profile", it Tweens the top header back and the default Name appears 3. If you keep clicking between the two, it still moves back and forth, but it loses it's Easing effect. I'm trying to do this between four headers, but I was just trying to get the initial setup here.
  4. Hi all, I have been stuck because of this click function I want to work. Basically what I want to achieve is if you hover on the item the animation wil start and when unhover the animation wil reverse, this happens to work really good. The part i'm having problems with is the click function. if the user click on the button the div that is related to the button will be shown. Right now if the button is clicked the div will hide or not being shown. I think the reason for the related div not being shown is because of the Gsap animation. I could help some advice for keeping me in the good direction how I could make this work. see my codepen

    pause onclick

    Hi, Is there a way to add an pause onclick? Here is my code: var $container = $("#container"), $content = $("#content"), $bg = ("#bg"), $panel1 = ("#panel1"), $panel2 = ("#panel2"), $panel3 = ("#panel3"), $line1 = ("#line-1"), $line2 = ("#line-2"), $line3 = ("#line-3"), $line4 = ("#line-4"), $btn = ("#btn"), $exit = ("#exit"), tl; var tl = new TimelineMax({repeat:2}) tl.from($line1, 1, {opacity:0},"+=2.25") .to($line1, 0.5, {opacity:0}) .from($line2, 2, {opacity:0}) .to($line2, 0.85, {opacity:0}) .from($line3, 2, {opacity:0}, "go") .from($line4, 2, {opacity:0}, "go") .from($btn, 2, {opacity:0}, "go")
  6. Hey folks, This is my first every question on the forum, so I hope to get some answers from some of you who are veterans and much more expert than I am. I've been using Greensock recently, specifically the TweenMax version. I have to say, GREENSOCK IS AMAZING! On to my question, this will be quick and should be fairly simple to answer, so here goes: How do I get an object to rotate in place after a button it is clicked, and then get it to reset and get ready to rotate again before the button is clicked again? I would really appreciate some help on this, and I have to re-emphasize that I really think GREENSOCK IS AMAZING! Thanks again folks!
  7. Hey guys, Is it possible to tween the cursor css property? I've got a div on my website that expands on hover, and I'd like to change the cursor when it expands so that you know to click on it to do more. So, is it possible to tween the cursor property? I've attached a codepen that's a basic example of what I'm trying to do.
  8. I need some help with animating certain parts of my svg image when clicked on another part of the svg image. This is what I'm trying to do: When you click on one of the smaller buttons, for example the yellowbutton, the yellowblock will appear (with opacity: 1) and the other coloured blocks will dissapear (with opacity: 0). When you click on the orangebutton, the orangebutton will appear and the other coloured blocks will dissapear etc. etc. I think I'm on the right track but something isn't working.
  9. I'm converting another Flash movie. This one has 16 buttons, each targeting a unique text box. When the user clicks on a button, it changes the text that appears in an adjacent area. In the Flash version, this was done with layers and moving around on the Timeline. No problem figuring out the onclick actions. But how to handle the "stack" of text boxes? 1.) When the page opens, the default text box is in place. When the user clicks a button, it's easy to change the zIndex, or the opacity, or even the show/hide properties. But, when the click occurs, this is what has to happen: 1.) The selected layer is "activated," either by changing its opacity to 1, or bringing it to the top of the "stack" with zIndex. The text box appears. BUT, simultaneously, the text box that was at the top of the stack must be "deactivated." 2.) The box at the "top of the stack" at any time could be any one of those 16 different boxes. Obviously, it must now "go away," by hiding it, or changing its opacity to 0, or sending it to the bottom of the "stack" with a lower zIndex number. Easy to "activate" a box, but not so easy to send away the one that's currently visible when the click occurs. Since it will always be a different box, I can't see a way to target it. I would think that when the selected text box loads, it has to somehow automatically become a variable that could be addressed later. But this is above my jQuery knowledge level... can someone point me in the right direction? TIA!
  10. Trying to figure out why this onClick event doesn't fire on the first click. But on the second-on, it works perfectly? Any thoughts? Check out the link for the code: http://codepen.io/caseybaggz/pen/KoBjE Look forward to squashing this bug! -Casey
  11. I am trying to build my own custom rotator, but I am having a problem with interrupting the current animation, then going to a specific one to play from there. I made a click function that plays from the desired spots, but I have tried several ways to interrupt the current animation. disc01.onclick = TweenMax.killAll(); animate_rot01; disc02.onclick = TweenMax.killAll(); animate_rot02; disc03.onclick = TweenMax.killAll(); animate_rot03; disc04.onclick = TweenMax.killAll(); animate_rot04; disc05.onclick = TweenMax.killAll(); animate_rot05; Here is the link to my codepen http://cdpn.io/IKvah If I take out the killAll it plays through fine, but when I add it, it seems to fire before I click anything. Any help would be awesome. After I figure out how to kill the animation I want to have the click ignore the delay.
