  1. I should probably note that all the tweens are sepparate and are not included in a timeline.
  2. Thx for the kind welcome! Sure I can elaborate: The application I'm writing is being iFramed. To control the height of the iFrame there's a PostMessage system running, acting as a two way communications system. The application will change in height (tweened) on UI interaction. Instead of having the application ping its parent every second to update the height I'd like to only update height on tween completes. Since this application is supported by multiple people (and because brains can be forgetful), I think it'd be nice to set up a catch all system to ping the parent frame with a new height. Hence the "global" oncomplete (that and the individual tweens may or may not have an oncomplete of their own already). I could send every onComplete function through a relay function, but if you forget that it needs a relay you introduce a bug in the code. I agree that it's a niche case though. PS: I use TweenMax, also thx for the fast replies!
  3. Is there a tween complete global event that gets pinged when a tween is done? I want all tweens to trigger a global complete event (using it for resize purposes) so I don't have to add an onComplete to each and everyone of them
  4. Gah can't edit, sorry. @Daniel 2) I don't believe this is true, not before I see the numbers. 3) I can run tinkercad on my galaxy note 8 with stock android browser. AFAIK, it uses webGL. 4) our tests show that the performance is at least the same on an iPad 4 going from iOS6 to iOS7. We've had no change in performance at all. Just because you've had different results it doesn't mean it's the defacto standard for everyone :)
  5. Greensock; Is the demo fully hardware accelerated? I remember something changed in the earlier iOS versions where translate3d was fine. Now we have to use preserve-3d and backface-visibility to get good performance from tweens.
  6. @Patrick also check out www.tinkercad.com, recently bought by autodesk. I hope the web app degradation is not a trend. It may just be a bug in the software. We've just developed an ipad application that uses the scrollTo plugin extensively for a slider component and can say that performance is unchanged.
