Share Posted June 23, 2014 does anyone know of a way to convert a gsap js animation to quicktime .mov format, other than recording a screencast? if not, can a screencast produce decent quality, any hints? thanks in advance
Author Share Posted June 23, 2014 btw it's a 7 second animation that should be used as a TV ad...
Share Posted June 23, 2014 I mostly go with ScreencastOmatic http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/ and then convert via formatFactory http://www.pcfreetime.com/
Share Posted June 23, 2014 I use Quicktime, since I'm on a Mac then I run the raw capture through Handbrake (there's a windows and a mac version) with whatever custom compression settings I see fit.

Share Posted June 24, 2014 If you're on OSX, I would recommend iShowU ( http://store.shinywhitebox.com/ishowu-hd-pro ). It is paid, but worth its money.
Share Posted June 26, 2014 My favorite is ScreencastOmatic to record, and then AppGeeker to convert into .mov and other formats.
