Share Posted October 9, 2009 Hello!!! This probably isn't at all possible but there's no harm in asking!!! Is there a way to make the TweenLite/TweenMax drop shadow look more like a shadow? An example of the effect I'm after is attached! Louisa
Share Posted October 9, 2009 Not easily, no. You could wrestle with BitmapData stuff or tween a copy of the object and skew it, desaturate it, and blur it, but again, that's kinda messy.
Author Share Posted October 14, 2009 Thanks Jack!!! I suspected tween a copy of the object and skew it, desaturate it, and blur it might have been the way to achieve such a shadow.Oh, and sorry for the delayed thank you especially when you got back to me so quickly!!! Share Posted October 16, 2009 I want to create the same effect - reflective shadow or shadow casting. I'll try to write a class and share.
