Share Posted October 16, 2015 Really nice, read thru the slides. It seem it was a nice introduction and starting point. I wasn't aware of this seminar but I guess, since I am already a converted, do not need more incentive. Your words would be wasted on me. The great bit, in my opinion, is this drive you guys are spearheading to have some standards that make use of the latest technologies. Keep up the good work and let us know what else we can to do assist.

Share Posted October 20, 2015 The slideshow is really nicely done. Is there any example code / tutorials on how you would rotate slides 3 dimensionally: http://slides.com/greensock/html5-banners#/ Many thanks in advance
Share Posted October 26, 2015 I'd love to use the 3d flip effect used in the browser logos for a banner, is this also possible with SVG instead of png?
Author Share Posted October 27, 2015 Jroncero, Yes, you can do the same flip effect with SVG. Please note that it is not 3D. We are just animating the scaleX http://codepen.io/GreenSock/pen/pjWJoQ?editors=001 d11202, The slideshow was built using slides.com which has all that functionality built in. To see how you could set up many slides in 3D space take a look at this article from Chris Gannon: http://greensock.com/cube-dial-tutorial Its fairly advanced regarding the spinning and throwing, but its loaded with practical concepts that can be used in a much simpler project.
