Share Posted March 3, 2015 After a lot of back & forth regarding animation on a current project, I whipped up an export script to translate After Effects CC compositions into TweenMax/TimelineMax documents. I'll be adding more documentation & examples, but if you'd like to give it a try, you can find the script at: https://github.com/Meandmybadself/AfterMax
Share Posted March 3, 2015 Hi and welcome to the GreenSock forums, Thanks for taking the initiative on this. We've heard requests for this before but we're just so focused on our platform that there just isn't time for pursuing support in 3rd party apps like After Effects. I'm not much of an Affer Effects guy, but would love to see how this works. I think it would really help if you recorded a very short screencast of the basic functionality. If that's something you pursue, please let us know. Would love to check it out and spread the word. Best, Carl
Author Share Posted March 3, 2015 Absolutely. We're on the same page. Will update via this thread when there's a little more substance (screencast + examples) behind the plugin.

Share Posted March 6, 2015 yes, AfterMax looks Awesome! I went and downloaded it, but I am unsure of how to export from AE or install the script into AE CC... are there any instructions ?
Author Share Posted March 6, 2015 Working on more detailed instructions / screencast. For the time being, refer to: https://github.com/Meandmybadself/AfterMax#usage
Share Posted March 6, 2015 I see now, You need to select all layers, then File>Scripts>Run Script File. Very cool. I'll need to change preferences to see it work, looking forward to future updates with this tool!
Share Posted March 6, 2015 Following this with interest. Is this for animation from AE to Greensock/HTML? If this is possible then is it possible to use Greensock to AE? I was just working in AE the other day timeline animating thinking "it would be so much easier if I could just type greensock script and have it animate like JS/FLASH. I did find a script that allows you to edit frames like Flash in AE: https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/202/875124
