Author Share Posted October 28, 2015 Hi Bendora and welcome to the GreenSock forums. Thanks for sharing your interest. Sorry, I'm not familiar with Hayaku, but from reading the description Fuzzy abbreviations, support for preprocessors (Sass, Less, Stylus) and a lot of other features in easily configurable set of tools for writing CSS faster http://hayakubundle.com/ and scanning the page I didn't see anything about how it works with JavaScript. Seems solely focused on CSS. I could be missing something though. I welcome anyone to explore and enhance the snippets we created. It was a very experimental exercise at the time and not something we have the resources to support and maintain currently.

Share Posted March 16, 2016 Hi,I love those snippets, and I use sublime strictly for them but maybe there is a way to implement them into Brackets?
Author Share Posted March 16, 2016 Hi Patryk, Glad you enjoy the sublime snippets. I'm not familiar enough with Brackets to advise on whether or not snippets like these are supported.
Share Posted March 16, 2016 You could try this link for adding snippets to brackets.. edc.brackets-snippets extension for adding custom GSAP snippets. It has a Snippets Manager, and Snippets Library for custom snippets http://brackets.dnbard.com/extension/edc.brackets-snippets
Share Posted March 20, 2016 Most text editors use snippets based on the TextMate snippet syntax, so there's nothing unique about the ones in Sublime. The only difference really is how the editor stores those snippets (xml, json, etc). Sublime uses xml, so this is what the "to" snippet looks like. <snippet>
to(${1:elem}, ${2:1}, {${3:vars}}${4})
<tabTrigger>to</tabTrigger> </snippet> But the actual snippet is what's inside the ![CDATA[ ]]. So using the extension that Jonathan linked to, you can convert this snippet by setting the trigger: to and text: to(${1:elem}, ${2:1}, {${3:vars}}${4})

Share Posted August 29, 2016 Hi guys, Now it's possible easily install these snippets for Atom text editor - I made an Atom GSAP package. I know there is another GSAP snippets package from Pier Bover, but I prefer using snippets from Carl so I did the porting for Atom text editor.

Share Posted January 10, 2017 I have ported the Sublime Text snippets to VSCode extension. If you are switching to VSCode, simply search for GreenSock Code Snippets in the marketplace. It works exactly like the Sublime Text snippets, all credit goes to Carl. Enjoy!
